How do I purchase a digital product?
It's easy! Browse our website and select the digital product you wish to purchase. When you're ready, proceed to checkout, complete the payment, and you will receive a download link or access to the product immediately after your purchase is confirmed.
How do I receive my digital product?
After payment, you will receive an email with a download link or instructions on how to access the product. You can also log in to your account on the website to access your purchases.
Can I request a refund for digital products?
After a digital product has been delivered and the download has begun, the right of withdrawal lapses in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, Section 22, letter n. This means that the purchase cannot normally be refunded.
If you still encounter issues with the product, such as a broken download link or file corruption, please contact us within 48 hours. We will then either offer you a new download or refund your money if the issue cannot be resolved.
