My journey – and why this food diary can be the start of yours
For many years I struggled with my weight. I tried everything from strict diets to extreme exercise programs – without lasting results. I was trapped in an eternal round dance of yo-yo dieting and a guilty conscience. But in 2019 something happened. I chose a different path. Not a miracle cure, but a sustainable and honest lifestyle change that helped me lose 30 kilos – and most importantly: I managed to keep them off.
What was the key? Structure. Overview. And awareness. I started keeping a journal of what I ate, how I felt, and which habits actually worked. That habit became the very foundation of my lifestyle change—and that’s exactly why I created this food journal: to give you the same tool that changed my life.
