Right of withdrawal – Digital Products

YOUR RIGHT TO REFUSE

When purchasing digital products (such as e-books, downloadable files or other digital content) that are delivered immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal does not apply if:

  • You have given your express prior consent for delivery to begin before the withdrawal period expires, and

  • At the same time, you have acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is then lost.

This is in line with the Right of Withdrawal Act, Section 22, letter n.


In case of technical problems or errors

If there is an error with the digital product you purchased – such as a broken download link, file corruption, or significant content deficiencies – please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will then:

  • Give you access to the product again, or

  • Offer a refund if the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, in accordance with the Sales Act.

Note

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products once the download or use has begun after your consent. In the event of errors or technical problems, we will of course do our best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
